When you're a kid
EVERYday should be a good day.
unfortunately
EACH day in America:
8750children are reported as abused or neglected.
500,000
children are in foster care.
4 children die from abuse.
YOU CAN HELP!

A Community-Based Solution
The Court Appointed Juvenile Advocates (CAJA) program of Madison County is affiliated with the National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association (CASA).
We are an all-volunteer, community-based solution to the growing problem of abuse, neglect and abandonment.
Our Goal:
A safe, permanent home for every child.
CAJA volunteers are appointed by judges as Officers of the Court to objectively investigate child abuse and neglect cases. CAJA volunteers come from all professions - teachers, engineers, auto workers, homemakers, college students. They are united in the belief that EVERY child deserves a safe, permanent home.

You can support our volunteers as they make a difference in the lives of abused and neglected children.
